I am TOTALLY confused! The head of FEMA is on TV saying they have delivered tons and tons of food and water yet the New Orleans' emergency operations chief Terry Ebbert says he has not seen a single FEMA guy and blames them for not responding.

What is going on???

Someone's lying...and I'd bet it's the FEMA guy!!

You were right! The Times-Picayune of New Orleans has now reporting that the head of FEMA was outright lying in his press conferences when he said FEMA had already been serving meals and providing water and supplies. They are calling for him to be fired.
